Mr. LEUNG Wing Kwong, Matthew, received his MPhil (comparative literature) and MA (language studies) both from the University of Hong Kong. He joined the Department of Languages, City Polytechnic of Hong Kong / City University of Hong Kong in July 1984. Previously he taught at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the University of Hong Kong. Before he came to the Department of Chinese, Translation and Linguistics in September 1997, he was Head of the Language Institute, City University of Hong Kong.
